Studio 132

The name of our new studio theatre will be Studio 132. Members chose the name for the refurbished performance space at the recent Annual General Meeting of the Society. There were over 40 suggestions for a name received from members and honorary members as well as members of the general public. There were many excellent suggestions and it was very difficult and took much deliberation for the Committee to draw up a short leet for members to vote on. Studio 132 was the clear winner on the night.
The new theatre is located in our present clubrooms, which are being converted, at 132 East High Street, Forfar hence the name Studio 132.
Renovations are going well and it is hoped the space will be ready to stage our first performance in November 2016.
